The following recipe is compiled from the collective wisdom of thousands of Abuelas throughout history! It is very similar to the conventional milkshake, but uses condensed milk instead of ice cream—either way it is delicious and refreshing!
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 cup fresh ripe guanábana pulp
